How the Coordination tool works

A two-minute walk-through, from your first dancer to a shared link.

1. Add your dancers

Open the dancers panel and add each person on the team. Give them a name and a color so the formations are easy to read.

2. Place them on the stage

Drag dancers around the stage. Turn on the grid for clean spacing, and resize the stage to match the real venue.

3. Build the formation sequence

Each formation is a snapshot in time. Add a new formation, move dancers to their next positions, and the editor tweens them between snapshots.

4. Press play

Use the timeline to play through the choreography and check the transitions. Add notes per formation so the team knows what's happening.

5. Save to your account

Anonymous work stays in your browser. Sign up (free) when you're ready to save it, open it on another device, or share it.

6. Share a read-only link

Toggle sharing on and copy the link. Anyone with the link can view the formations — no account needed.
